Camp R.O.C.K. is a kindergarten-readiness / primary grade (grades K-2) enrichment program Founded and Directed by a William Penn School District Kindergarten Teacher with 20 years classroom experience. The program offers young learners an engaging summer experience, with developmentally appropriate academic curricula tailored especially for the social, emotional, and academic development our young learners. Our staff is comprised of dedicated, certified teachers who specialize in educating early learners. Campers will engage in large and small group activities, fostering language development, self-confidence, team work, social awareness, and critical thinking through thematic units of study, trips, and hands-on experiences. About The Owner
Camp R.O.C.K. is an Early Learning enrichment program Founded and Directed by Nicole Miller, a William Penn School District Kindergarten Teacher with 20 years classroom experience. Nicole Miller holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Lincoln University, a Master's Degree in Special Education from Saint Joseph's University, and Certifications in both Elementary Education, as well as English as a Second Language (ESL). She has worked in the field to create a classroom atmosphere that promotes risk taking, empowerment, engagement, and a love of learning.
